The color coding on these makes it so easy to know which resistance I'm grabbing—yellow for light, blue for medium, red for heavy. Six springs total, and they've held their tension perfectly after a couple months of daily use.

Swapped out my old springs for these and the color coding makes it so much easier to grab the right tension mid-flow. The German build really shows in how smooth the resistance stays through the full range, and having two of each weight in one set is handy.

I was a bit skeptical about the consistency, but these springs feel perfectly balanced—the medium blues give just the right resistance for my workout. The set of six covers all my needs without having to mix and match.
