The grip on this mat is incredible — even after a sweaty hot yoga session I never slipped once. The natural rubber feels sturdy and supportive under my hands and feet.

The natural rubber base grips my hardwood floor way better than my old PVC mat ever did, no sliding mid-downward-dog. I sweat a lot and the PU surface still feels tacky even when my hands are damp.

I've slipped on every mat I've owned until this one — the natural rubber base grips my hardwood floor and doesn't budge during balance poses. The PU surface actually stays tacky when my hands get damp, which I didn't believe until I tried it.
