I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the aluminium frame feels even after folding it up multiple times. The 6 spring system gives just the right amount of resistance for my home workouts.

The carriage glide is ridiculously smooth, and the six springs give me plenty of resistance options for footwork versus long box. I fold it up against the wall after every session, which sold my partner on finally clearing out the spare room.

I was worried a foldable frame would feel wobbly, but the aluminium build is rock solid even during fast leg series. The carriage glides so smoothly that my knees stopped aching after the first week. Folding it up to clear my living room takes about ten seconds.
