流量重量

The silicone has a slight grip to it so they don't slide around in my sweaty palms during hot yoga. I've been using them for slow vinyasa flows and the 1kg is just enough to make my shoulders feel like they're actually working without wrecking my wrists.

I was worried 1kg would feel like nothing, but holding these through a slow vinyasa made my shoulders burn in the best way. The silicone surface has just enough grip that they never slip, even when my palms get sweaty mid-flow.

The 1kg weight sits so naturally in my palm that I almost forget it's there, but my arms definitely feel the extra work by the end of flow. The silicone surface stays put even when my hands get sweaty.
