I was a bit worried about the setup, but the maple wood is really solid and looks great in my home gym. The four springs give a smooth, controlled resistance that makes the exercises feel much more effective than my old resistance bands.

The four springs give a smooth, controlled resistance that's made my core workouts feel way more effective than my old mat routine. I was worried about wobble, but this thing stays rock solid even during the trickier balance moves.

Didn't expect the maple frame to feel this solid, honestly sturdier than the metal one I used at my old studio. The seat cushion has enough give that longer sessions don't wreck my sit bones, and it doubles as a decent footstool when I'm not using it.
